Brittany grew up in Western Virginia, born and raised in Alleghany County and also spent a considerable amount of time in the Lynchburg region.
After spending 2 years in Northern West Virginia after college Brittany returned to Alleghany County where she resides with her husband Matt and their two children, who are growing up immersed in the outdoor life.
Both Brittany and her husband have a passion for hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. Brittany grew up hunting and fishing from a very early age in the areas between Alleghany County and Lynchburg as well as the surrounding areas.
A love of the outdoors led Brittany to receive a degree from Virginia Tech in 2014 in Forest Operations and Business. She has spent the past 9 years in the lumber and timber industry. This experience has given her first hand knowledge of the timber markets, timber harvesting process as well as the challenges and importance of land access and topography to timber harvesting. She hopes to use this knowledge as well as her passion for the outdoors to help clients buy or sell their real estate whether it be timber, farms or recreational land.
Mathew Seldomridge grew up in the western part of Virginia where his passion for the outdoors started at an early age. He started trout fishing the streams throughout the region with his family as soon as he could hold a pole. When Mathew was not fishing, he was hunting. He started with small game and quickly grew to hunting whitetail and turkey.
As he grew older his passion for the outdoors grew deeper. The love of the outdoors led Mathew to pursue a career that would allow him to enjoy nature. Mathew obtained an Associate’s degree in Forest Management Technology from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. Following Dabney, Mathew attended West Virginia University where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Forest Resource Management. Since college, Mathew has worked in the timber industry with a variety of experience. He has spent time working as a consulting forester, procurement forester, and log buyer.
Mathew has experience with land management, land acquisitions, and the buying and selling of timber. This has allowed him to gain the knowledge and understanding of land and timber from multiple points of view. This knowledge enables Matt to help his clients achieve their goals whether buying, selling, or managing their properties. In his time in real estate, he has worked with clients on properties ranging from less than 1 acre to over 1,000 acres.
Mathew has a reputation for his honesty, integrity, clear communication, and hard work. He knows that buying and selling real estate can be stressful and he works hard to make the process go as smooth as possible. He wants to continue building his reputation as he works to make sure his clients receive the service they deserve.

Forestry and Wildlife Management from the SUNY College of Environmental Science
& Forestry at Syracuse University. He has spent 38 years in Pennsylvania and Virginia as a production manager and consultant at several large commercial agricultural, nursey and forest operations, gaining extensive
knowledge of land, land use, farming, wildlife and resource management.
Since relocating to Virginia in 2017, Randy has
continued his passion for land and the outdoors while helping clients navigate
the real estate market. Married for 38 years to his wife Laurie, a retired

architectural draftsman, and Rene, a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
When Randy is not working, he enjoys everything about the outdoors including, but not limited to, hunting, fishing, shooting, boating, dendrology and physical fitness activities.
With a strong background in forestry,
agriculture, and land use, Randy brings a unique perspective to real estate.
His goal is simple: to help buyers find the property that best fits
their needs and lifestyle, and to help sellers maximize the equity and return in their real property.
