Chad grew up in neighboring Charlotte County and attended Hampden-Sydney College thereafter spending nearly a decade in corporate training sales while living in Virginia Beach and Richmond, Virginia. In 2011, Chad, his wife Cherie, and daughter Natalie made a permanent return to southern Virginia. Having grown up enjoying the land through farming and hunting, Chad has an intrinsic understanding of the various offerings southern Virginia provides. Tammy was born, raised and still lives right here in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. She is currently a student at Liberty University and a mental health advocate across Southside Virginia. She recently bought a house right in downtown Clarksville, where she is starting a new chapter in her life. She has two married daughters, Brittany Barnes, who teaches third grade in South Hill and Devin Crisman, owner of The Cottage Barn in Clarksville. She also has three grandsons: Will, Camden, Reed and one brand new grandaughter, Anderson.
Tammy has over two decades experience in resdential properties. She was the former owner of a successful construction company, where she designed and built homes in Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. Craig and his wife Lori moved to Charlotte County in 1983 where he has been a licensed Contractor building and renovating homes and businesses for 30 years. His knowledge of buildings, homes and land provides clients with a well-rounded salesman to help them find the perfect home or business. Craig and his wife have two grown children in the area and four beautiful grandchildren. His family has been coming to Kerr/Buggs Island Lake for 30 years for boating, fishing, and camping. (12 years old) After receiving a Bachelor of Arts from Elon and a Master of Education from UNC-Chapel Hill, he worked 32 years in North Carolina public education. Retired as a High School Principal in 1991. Joined United Country in 1991 as a Sales Associate licensed in Virginia and North Carolina.

Holly has lived in Clarksville, Virginia as long as she can remember. Holly moved away for about 10 years, (military assignment). She has traveled to many states and countries, but always wanted to move back to Clarksville, Virginia, Virginia's Best Kept Secret on Kerr/Buggs Island Lake. She and Chad- who is Owner at WCSI and ASSOCIATES, have three children, Mary-Ashley- 25, who is Lead Teller at Wells Fargo in downtown Clarksville, Noah-17, who is a Senior at Bluestone High School-playing football, baseball, basketball, and travel baseball with the Mecklenburg Monarch's, Skyla-14, who is a eighth grader at Bluestone Middle School-playing softball, volleyball, and basketball, and travel softball with the Lake Country Crusher's Oganization, grandson Colton-7, who attends Clarksville Elemetray School and is very intergetic.
