Thanks for stopping by. I have been a real estate professional in the Southern Illinois area since 2007. Not only do I own the agency, but I also handle all aspects of the real estate market from residential to land to commercial, with extensive experience in land, farms, investment and foreclosed properties. I have worked closely with sellers and buyers on real estate deals involving 1031 exchanges, self-directed 401ks, investing in foreclosures and REO, recreational real estate, retirement and vacation homes, hunting land, farmland, horse properties and many other real estate types across Southern Illinois.

I am focused on helping sellers and buyers achieve their real estate objectives. By leveraging unique and powerful marketing I expose local properties aggressively locally, regionally and nationally. I invest very heavily in marketing to ensure I reach as many potential buyers as possible, whether they live here or outside of the local area, for my selling clients. I leverage both traditional and auction methods of marketing depending on my client’s needs and the best method for achieving the fastest sale at the best price.

On more of a personal note, I am married to Tiffany and have been since 1996, we have 2 daughters, McKenzie and Taran. We live on a farm in Northwest Massac County, outside of Metropolis, IL. We raise cattle, horses and other livestock. When not at work you will find me either on the farm or doing one of the many activities with the girls that we are involved it.
